The Helios2 3D Time-of-Flight (ToF) camera provides real-time 3D depth imaging with high accuracy and sub-millimeter precision. Featuring Sony’s IMX556PLR ToF sensor combined with LUCID’s Factory Tough IP67 design, this camera is perfect for 24/7 operation in challenging industrial environments.

The Helios2+ is an advanced version of the Helios2 ToF camera offering two additional modes: High Dynamic Range mode and High-Speed ToF mode. The High Dynamic Range mode fuses multiple exposures to provide accurate depth information in scenes containing both highly reflective and low reflective objects. The High-Speed mode enables depth perception using a single phase measurement to realize faster acquisition speed and higher framerates for moving targets at the expense of absolute accuracy and measuring distance range. Both HDR and High Speed modes are realized entirely with on-camera processing.

The Helios2 Wide quadruples the viewable area thanks to its wider 108° x 78° field of view (compared to the Helios2/2+ 69° x 51° FoV). This allows the Helios2 Wide to image a much larger area at the same distance of a Helios2 or image the same area but at a closer distance to the target, allowing for more flexibility with camera installation.

All Helios2 models share the same Factory Tough industrial design with IP67 dust and water protection and is 100% mechanically and software compatible with each other.
